Big Brothers Big Sisters Ottawa has partnered up with The Independent Filmmakers Co-operative of Ottawa Inc. (IFCO) on a new youth initiative, Reel Boys. The objective of Reel Boys is to introduce young boys, ages 10-15 to working with the film medium, engaging them in a hands-on creative process, by providing them with access to Super 8 filmmaking training, production equipment and production supplies, towards the creation of a Super 8 short film.

Fifty Bigs and Littles came out to Walkley Bowling Lanes this past Saturday for a fun-filled afternoon of five pin bowling. Each month, Big Brothers Big Sisters Ottawa organizes a Group Activity where Bigs and Littles come together to experience various activities and socialize with one another.

Every year, Big Brothers Big Sisters Ottawa (BBBSO) invites all Bigs and Littles from the Match Program, Meet You In School, Mentoring InSchool, Go Girls!, Bigs for a Day, and Littles on the wait list to our annual Holiday Party. With 200 people in attendance, the Holiday Party, held at the Museum of Science and Technology, was a fun-filled afternoon.
