Introducing the recipients of the Outstanding Big Brother or Big Sister in the Meet You In School Program award.

As we enter into our 39^th year of Big Brothers Big Sisters Ottawa annual fundraising event, we are excited to let you in on how the event is shaping up. This year's event is a real team effort as we work with a committee of dedicated volunteer who are invested in the cause.

Alors que nous préparons notre 39^e collecte de fonds annuelle, nous sommes  impatients de vous annoncer le déroulement de l'événement. La collecte de cette année est un réel travail d'équipe puisque nous collaborons avec un comité de bénévoles dévoués à la cause.

 

Meet Felicity, a 9 year old Little Sister, who is outgoing, bubbly, loves to read and who also has a great fashion sense!

For this year's International Youth Day celebration BBBSO, United Way, Boys and Girls Club, The Catholic Immigrant Youth Centre, and CHEO are teaming up to put on a free "kick off" barbeque and skate show Sunday August 9^th. The event is graciously hosted by McNabb community centre and will run from 12:00- 4:00 pm.

 Ici au Grands Frères Grandes Sœurs d'Ottawa (GFGSO), on est chanceux de travailler avec une équipe formidable construit de personnes aimable, généreux et consacré qui donnent non seulement leur temps, mais leur énergie et passion.  Il y en a aussi qui vont au-dessus et au-delà de l'appel du devoir et dans ses cas on a nos bénévoles qui bénévoles.
